Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood

Hi All, got this game yesterday, put it in my xbox with x2.6 (5035) using evox (3935), it started to boot then just froze, so i backed it up to hdd using latest dvd2xbox and tried to run off the hdd, same problem? Then i turned off the x2.6 and threw the game back into the dvd drive and it booted perfectly and played no probs, so i shut down the xbox and turned the x2.6 back on and tried to boot the disc, it froze again on bootup. Anyone got any idea(s) why this game only boots with my chip turned off???

i have this game on my HDD and it works fine....

Yep thats what i thought, took it back to the shop anyway and told them it dont work in my xbox so they can shove it and give me my cash back, end of problem!!

NICE!!! that game is hard ne way!!! i really dont like it!! im glad i didn't buy it!! then i'd b mad!

To be honest i played it a bit with my chip turned off and i thought it was slow and crap, its not as good as call of duty or moh european assault or sniper elite. Defo one to leave on the shop shelf!!!
