Hi all i was going to post in the Kprobe Liteon Burn Quality Testing Tool post but wasnt able to as posting score is too low. I have been recently burning all my iso's using my ihas burner and mkm003 verbs however i have a few iso's i have tried to burn a few times but my PIF score will not rise and also my nero discspped score on one disc is lower than recommended.
My imgburn setting are
Force HyperTuning Enabled
Online HyperTuning Enabled
Overspeed Disabled
SmartBurn Enabled
Read Buffer Size 512mb
Perform OPC Before Write

I have also tried to test other settings and write in safe mode but the results on these two iso will not pass the recommended.

The first set is for Just Dance 3 PFI Average will not get below 2 However Nero disc quality test is 90. Done 3 burns and PFI average will not get to 2 or below.
Second disc is Rayman Origins Passes Kprobe 2 recommended but only 84 on Nero Discspeed.

I have also tried to test on both ihas624 & ihas 324 and same kind of result. And i have tried with mkm003 white tops and silver tops both Singapore.

How important is average PI & PIF and if you pass on Kprobe 2 but fail on Nero is it still safe-ish. I intend for my xbox to be connected to Live so i want to make my burns as good as possible. All my other discs i burnt for other games passed with lower PI & PIF and all got either 93 or 90 on nero.
Also is it normal that each time you run a disc through Kprobe you get sightly different results?

Thanks

1st two images show good burns, the 2nd two images show Decent burns.

Don't worry your burns are fine. just make sure the PIF stays on or below (5), but for a good burn (4) is recommended.

Yes it's possible to get different results, but generally they should stay the same.

You can find a lot of information in the guide I created Here, lots of explanations and answers there.

So contrary to the guys over on iXtreme and popular belief, a PIF max of 5 or below is acceptable? I thought it was 4 or below... for XBL purposes (stealth n all that)?

Can I reiterate that the iXtreme forums are absolutely NOTHING to do with C4 or the iXtreme fw.

Anything official from the team is posted here only.

If you want correct burnermax info then simply use the official burnermax forum. Why waste your time with anything else ?
