Burning Bios to Disk and then Flashing

Ok I'm a little confused about the instructions for burning a bios to dvd??

I've got as far as setting up the burn settings and then it says this.....

****The Bios.bin (X3 Bios renamed manually to Bios.bin - IT HAS TO BE CALLED BIOS.BIN or the disc WILL NOT WORK)
and Dummy.bin are save on the desktop. Select them and drag the files to the window on the left.***

I have the following files from Xbins

X3 3029 v16plus.bin 1,024kb
X3 3029.bin 1,024kb

I understand the top one is for a 1.6 xbox which I have and that it apperars that I have to rename it to bios.bin, but I'm confused about this dummy file.

Please can someone give me a quick run through of what needs to be done

Hmm the tutorial is straight forward though. Enter 100 and then click build. The file should be just over 100MB when you check the size in properties.

The bios should be called BIOS as the .bin is the file extension.

Sorry for wasting your time I toally missed the section that explains how to make dummy files.....
