Hello guys, can some one pleez tell me why in the hell I can't get a back-up dvr-r to work for me... I tried using phillips 1-8x dvd-r, verbatim 1-4x dvd-r, imation 8x, and sony 1-8x dvd-r and nothing works as far as the game back-up goes. But I made a evox boot disk on the imation dvd-r and it works fine. I have a HP 630i dvd/cd rewritable drive . I was burning with nero but it expired, so all I have now is DVD Decryter, I used simpleXISO, and Qwix 1.01 to make the ISO of the game data that I ftp off my Xbox disk drive to a folder on my pc. when I right click and check the properties on the icon of the iso that qwix make of the file it says 3.65 gb so I know thats it. Then I burn on 1x sometimes 2x, I know im burning correcly ......ITS STARTING TO STREESS ME OUT....SO CLOSE BUT YET SO FAR......hELP ME UNLEASH MY BEAST IWANNA PLAY 2 GUYS.... tHANX

Sounds like you're doing everything correctly - except you didn't describe what you're doing to make an ISO of the gamedata.

If you're networked to your Xbox, use Qwix to do it all (except the actual burning process).

Select Create ISO. Select Remote Folder. Select the actual game folder ie

If the game is stored on F:\Games\Spyro, then select the Spyro folder.

Hopefully, this will help.
