Hi, I'm, posting this for my friend:

I recently got an ihas 124 c burner. Using payload tool on imgburn 2580 with totally default settings besides the following:
Force Hypertuning - Enabled
Online Hypertung - Disabled
Smartburn - Enabled
Overspeed - Enabled

burning on mkm003 verbatim lightscribe dvd's - no luck with making backups ):

Getting failiure on each and every dvd i make: It could fail on installation or even while trying to recognize the disc, installation failiures occour usually between 46-55%.

I changed sata ports/cables with no luck, and even installed a brand new os.

Also tried an older imgburn build: 2570 with no luck.

pc specs are:
cpu fx8350
gpu's 7970
mobo asus 990fx r2.0
ram 2X8 corsair dominator platinum
hdd's: 3x2 tb seagate barracuda+ocz vector for os (7)
psu seasonic x 80+ gold 1050w

guessing you need a kprobe report to get better indication on where the fault is,
problem is i'm not sure which kind of test/settings i should use.

ANY advice would be great and greatly appreciated

Kprobe results:

Thank you!

Does this occur on just one rip or all rips?

same files worked on a different build

Recently tried:
changed burner's sata protocol from ahci to ide, hdds are still on ahci
no luck - checking with kprobe as we speak

Does that matter at all?

tnx

Seems like i didn't understand your question?
#1 NO PIRACY TALK
We are serious - none whatsoever. This includes no talking about downloading games, release groups, warez, newsgroups, torrents, files sharing or anything else to do with piracy. We understand that backing up your original to protect your investment is allowed in some countries, so this is allowed. However discussing anything regarding backing up an original that you do not own is theft and piracy and is
