GENERAL C2C2 missing on Slim E causes red dot?

I have a Slim E console here for repair. The C2C2 capacitor is missing and the console gives a red dot after 10 seconds.
Nand is still stock i checked it with jrunner.

Does someone know how to fix this? And what is the value of the capacitor?

Since it's a Slim E model i dont know how to get the error codes.
When i press the sync and eject button i dont get any codes

Whats happened to r2c4 and r2c6? looks like the traks have been ripped off?

R2C4 has minor damage and is still good, fixed r2c6 from the underside.
Still not booting I got a 1uf cap for c2c2, is that the right one?
