I'm confused, so this is a alternative to having to buy a IHAS burner? You can use an ordinary DVD burner with this app?
if you are confused by this app, you really shouldn't be doing anything in the xbox sceneI'm confused, so this is a alternative to having to buy a IHAS burner? You can use an ordinary DVD burner with this app?
I did read, specifically this:if you are confused by this app, you really shouldn't be doing anything in the xbox scene
step 1: read before expecting someone to explain it to you in baby words
well maybe you should try it out on other drives to see if it works....i mean what it takes all of 5 seconds?I did read, specifically this:

And there is no need to act like a d**k to people that may not be as advanced as you. At one point you were new to this stuff too. I do know that IHAS is supposed to burn to the end of the disc (if I'm correct), my question was is this for regular burners too... Hence the image saying "Many more drive models supported!"
Just checked and I dont have anymore DL disc's, and it would be pointless to even try a 4.7gb DVD-Rwell maybe you should try it out on other drives to see if it works....i mean what it takes all of 5 seconds?
That is not how you test it - wont work like thatIt is proper working backup burned using ihas drive and i did it to check if my laptop drive is capable of reading whole of xgd3 disc (laser rail limitations as per Xecuter's advice). If it can't read the disc i'm quite sure it won't be able to write to it as well.
Maybe if you also read the readme you wouldn't have to come to my forums acting like such an a**h**e.I did read, specifically this:

send the burnermax payload (it will error like you say) and then open imgburn and try a burn let me know resultok so i have an HP dv2000 for my laptop with a Slimtype DVD A DS8A1H WH66 dvd burner and in the burnerMax payload tool window it says not ready and wont flash it but in the IMG Burn window its showing 8,738,897,920 bytes...is this a bug?
Here the screen shots:
ok in pic 1 we see that imgburn is opn, has an mkm001 in the drive, and is not showing the extended space.
Then in pic 2 we see the the burnermax payload tool is open and not ready and not showing the extended room
Pic 3 shows after trying to flash, getting the not ready message, then after closing and opening IMGBurn to refresh the drive we show that it is seeing the extended room
hope this can help guys
