I've found it a lot worse personally but also a lot more exciting at the same time. The scene is very rarely this interesting.

No I think he meant if the resellers hadn't been permitted to stock up a bit early then private sellers would have bought tons and jacked the prices up.
I mentioned they dropped their prices about 25 pages back lol! Under $20 cant go wrong and its a + for all those crying about the price :facepalm:

I just hope it doesn't go the same way as the slim drive unlocked PCB's once a public announcement has been made and the orders start pouring in.
Like anything in this world, Prices go up and down all day everyday. Me personally if the burner was £50 i'd still buy it as would many others... TX PCB's were worth every penny and more and anyone that complained could of quite happily stuck to their PHAT console's or retails :rolleyes2:

I think that alot of peeps are getting a bit to carried away with this constant moaning about the price going to inflate or scams. Remember this thread should be more about how much of a genius c4eva is. If you want this so called scam (aka bunch of moaners)problem solved i have a solution to make everyone the same. C4EVA should with hold the firmware never to be released publicly then go into the import export trade with these drives as without his firmware there would be no drive compatible period

in my opionion if people are so worried about prices they should reconsider modding their 360's, if you want to mod you should be willing to accept the expenses that are required
and as soon as the dvd burners product name has been revealed there prices will rocket in price beleive me... its always the way... not dissing team x here but it was the same with the TX SLIM PCB\'S well over priced at nearly £55.00 delivered... everyone will jump on the band wagon to earn a few extra £\'s on a product when its in damand... they would be stupid if they diddnt... its life
When dvd writers first came out I can remember my first pioneer dvd writer was £500...Max writing speed was 2x......

tx pcbs are not overpriced have you considered the costs of the tx pcbs taking into consideration components required are in short supply
