Installed a x3 on my 1.0 and flashed the BIOS fine, and I booted the machine and the X3 BIOS screen comes up fine and I can edit it and so forth. But the problem occurs when I reboot to Dash. When I reboot to dash it literally reboots the machine and takes me back to the x3 screen.

So I thought it was a bad flash, so I installed a working 2.6 chip and flashed that, and it booted up fine and even showed the icon in the corner when its booting, but then after the microsoft logo comes on at the bottom of the X screen it reboots and does the same thing over again.

I checked my connections and LPC soders and they seem fine.
I resodered the connections again.. After no other suggestions.

Please let me know

P.S. I flashed the x3 with x3_1959. and the 2.6 with x2_4983

like he said..look in the x3 config panel...set it to boot to the drive that you have your replacment dashes on..ie f: e: c:

then in the bootfilenames makesure one of the dashes ya installed is listed..ie...evoxdash.xbe,unleashx.xbe..ect...

I took a harddrive out of a modded xbox I have already done, and it still doesnt work. Also, I tried to have it boot to my replacement dash on boot. And it still just reboots the machine.

how ligit is this thing, cuz to me it does not seem ligit at all because if you think about it the only way this maybe ligit is if some one who works inside microsoft has leaked information.

i use it before fable 3 and was clean then after and was flagged, i say legit.

This only detects if you did something stupid. Such as seriously screwed with the drive or motherboard.

The code WILL NOT CHANGE if you just have a unsafe flashed console. Such as hitachi 1.51.

At the moment this will only tell you if the console is banned or if you have failed the 2.5 check.

The code does not change if the 360 has sent a flag to microsoft. There's no way to know if the 360 sent a flag to them to have your console banned for modding the flashdrive.

So basically only use it to test if a console is banned or if you failed the 2.5 challenge. Which you shouldnt even need this for.

yea, i haven't been banned yet for failing the ap25 test I'm not saying I won't but if i was to get banned it should have happened already..

am playing save got a BenQ drive using fw 16.I havent updated to new dash haven't turned on the box since the update ...... 360 hasn't been flagged but played fable III on old dash am waiting till the new fw out .... best of luck peeps

ok...this is strange...checked my xbox with this last week on a console that has NEVER been online, but a week later im getting an opposite reply saying im basically getting banned??
