Can backups have graphical errors?

What I mean is, two of the backups I have made, have experienced like something in the game not being displayed right, and it looks like a rainbow of pixel. It seems to be just one object, not the whole game, and it doesn't appear it's my 360 (although that is what I am trying to find out)

So can backups do this. Out of all the other backups I have, none of them do this, and it seems to happen completly at random, regardless of playtime.

I just want to make sure it;s not my 360, cause my 360 doesn't make alot of noise, it's very quiet. But it can get warm lol.

SO what do you guys think?

umm, no, not using sh*tty media. I am using Verbatim DVD+R.

I don't think it's my 360, cause it just happened again on Marvel backup, but it happened somewhere different, actually it happened on screen, nothing fancy. I think it just failed to load that one texture. I am hoping at least. I ain't TOO worried, because my 2 year replacement plan at Best Buy doesn't run out till November, so if it is my box, I'll just upgrade to an elite for 50 bucks. (and hopefully it will be flashable at some point).

I don't know, maybe my GPu is dying, maybe not. I hope know, cause i have a samsung m28, one of the easiest to flash in my eyes.

Oh and this problem only just started to occur after I flashed it. Played alot of backups, and so far only two have had any sort of graphical problem.
