TEST Can get to 0x04 but not 0x03?

Hi, I have the sputnik switch working correctly but I dont seem able to get the status to 0x03 only 0x04. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

what resistor value are you using?

most of the time, problems with sputnik are caused by a bad trace cut
