Can I downgrade a jtag xbox 360?

Ok I do rgh a lot but not jtag and km wondering if I buy a pre nxe xbox and jtag it will I be able to downgrade and upgrade to any dash. I now that if I upgrade officially I will blow efuses wich disabled jtag. But if I upgrade in Jenner will be still blow efuses and can I downgrade

Only official system updates will blow eFUSEs, but you will build a 16537 JTAG image which won't touch them.

To make sure the console won't accept any official updates, remove R6T3 (the console will show E80 when an official update attempt is made when this resistor has been removed).

Ok so let's say I build a prenxe image and then install it via jrprogramer just like I would
The newer dash would it boot the old dash or would it not
. I have tried this on one of my rgh Phats and it would no glitch it and it would not boot retail becouse of blown efuses so since the efuses are not blown can I downgrade. The reason I want to downgrade is because I love to admire old versions

If you like the look of the old Blades dashboard, build and write a 16537 JTAG image once you have the CPU key and then apply the Blades skin to FreeStyle 3.

I didn't answer your question directly because it isn't feasible.

New games will not run on older kernel versions.

I'm getting confused now - what exactly are you asking?

If the console is on a compatible dashboard version for the JTAG/SMC hack, you can build and write a 16537 JTAG image (after getting the CPU key) and eFUSEs won't be touched.

If you can't be more specific about what you want to achieve, there isn't much else we can do to help.

What exactly are u asking. If u have a jtaggable dash what are u trying to downgrade it to? It's already on a low dash

My response to that was use the FreeStyle 3 Blades skin with the console running on the latest JTAG kernel.

You can pick from a variety of different dashboard versions, but the latest is always better.

As I said, newer games won't run on older kernel versions and I really don't see what you are going to achieve by using an older JTAG kernel version on your console.

I don't know about you, but I don't use my XBOX 360 because I like the look of the dashboard, I use it because I want to play a game.
