No it's not possible to jtag. It's already been patched.

You need to dump the nand on the latest two revisions to be sure, the manufacture date is also important

You need to add CB 8192 to the list of exploitable versions. It's hardly ever documented but was the last CB to come out of MS on refurbs.

On the popular auction site someone listed a 9199 Sealed Elite and stated it was Pre-NXE JTAGGABLE. However the 9199 update came out in April 2010 so it most definitely has a updated CB, correct me if I am wrong.

Id like to note that I have seen 7371 dashes with a updated CB, unfortunately.

manufacture cut off date is between 16th and 18th of june 2009

all dashes that had not been back to m$ for repair up till this date should be jtaggable

Even if the date is after June 2009, it's worth dumping the NAND anyway. Takes 2 mins to check.

9199 is NXE, so unless they'd already JTAG'd with Freeboot 9199, they haven't a clue what they're talking about!
