NopeOh, I thought that as long as you loaded *non legit* games on CFW while in flight mode, it was enough to stay safe and be able to load legit games online on OFW....
I don't know how you don't know the answer to this question already. Read what has already been said in this thread and it should be clear: There is always a risk of getting banned.I bought a console last week. My SX Pro ist coming tomorrow.
I updated to 5.1 (or 5.2?) at the moment to play original games.
When the SX pro comes tomorrow, and I make a backup of this system, then use the SX Pro for some games or anything. If I restore the NAND that is completely untouched from CFW, and I play online with my original game, there is still a risk at getting banned?
with kind regards

However, if you do what you say and restore a CLEAN NAND and play an original, legitimately purchased game online... The general consensus is that you are at lower risk of being banned. But just because it's lower risk doesn't mean you won't be banned. Nintendo really stepped up their security/logging on the Switch, and there's a lot we still don't know.
If you do what you say and restore the clean NAND later and then play online with your console and DO get banned, please tell us! Nintendo won't tell us what will or won't get us banned, so we have to rely on each other to report that information.
Is this true for emunand? It was my understanding that if you made an emunand before doing any CFW stuff on your console and used the OFW for your legit play. Said logs wouldn't get sent to nintendo because they don't exist on the Main SYSNand only the Emunand. Is that correct?Nope
Everything you do with your console on CFW is being logged and sent to the Big Bad Wolf when connecting to the net again
