Can I replace the GPU to fix three-red-light problem?

I have a broken XBox 360 without DVD Drive. The console power up fine, but basically useless without the original DVD Drive. I just wonder can I put GPU from this console into a three-red-light one to repair it.

i dotn thinks its the GPU itself. I think its the bad solder joints.

You dont need to swap GPU's (as stated), it just needs to be reballed and resoldered. Sometimes the heat gun is enough to fix this issue but in most cases it reoccurs. However, i would not recommend removing your GPU, trying to reball it, and then reseat. This is not simple to do and it really isnt worth getting someone who can do it, as it would cost you more than a new motherboard.
