Can i RGH2 Xbox360 S 250G bundle Forza Horizon?

I found an online store that has an Xbox 360 Slim 250 GB Forza Horizon bundle and i want to know if there is the faint possibility that this is some console from before july 2014 that somehow nobody purchased. I know it sounds far fetched for something like this to happen but they also sell PS2 slims of the 90000 series so maybe there is hope to dodge a Winchester bullet through my pretty little head while dreaming of RGH 2.

All other stores i checked are out of stock regarding this particular bundle, in my country and on sites like Amazon or ebay (Amazon has just one new and more used).

I was thinking that since Forza Horizon was released on Oct 23, 2012 (Oct 26 in Europe where i live) there is the possibility Microsoft bundled the game for the Holydays.

If this is the case, would Microsoft produce the bundle an entire year plus some months until the middle of 2014 when they put Winchester boards in Xbox 360's? (please remember that i only talk about the Xbox 360 Slim S 250 GB bundle)

Or there is no logic to this bundle release, date wise, and they could've released it randomly?

I searched for info on this bundle all over the net and i don't remember seeing an Xbox 360 E bundled with just Forza Horizon (it was either with some other Xbox 360 era games or with Forza Horizon 2) plus the bundle i'm talking about has an unique customized box for Forza Horizon :

So all "normal slims", even those produced after mid-2012 are modable, am i getting this right?

I knew all consoles past july 2012 had winchester, not only the E models.

late aug/sep 2014 and up are all winchester. only e model consoles come with winchester motherboard.

What i want to know basically is : if i purchase now a new sealed Xbox 360 Slim S it won't have a winchester board thus i can mod it? There is no change in it made by Microsoft to make it RGH 2 unmodable, cause that's great news.

So on the production line in factories they did not put winchester boards in slims, they left the production process unchanged? (that would make sense cause that big of a change would cost Microsoft serious money).
