Just a quick question since this is the best place for answers, could I spoof or just use a Hitachi 59 in place of a 46 that won't read back-ups?
I get "Disc unreadable error 03-57-00" from it and think the drive is done but don't have another, I could swap the laser if I needed too but wondered if I'm OK to spoof/change the Hitachi instead?
(Been without a flashed Xbox for a while with various problems so hope to get this working as a temp for now so any help would be appreciated)
