The Xecuter CK3 Pro (Rev D) 4.0 with PL Chip and PPTC protection. Basically, I'm a bit confused on to whether or not this supports USB? The Modchipcentral description states it has USB support, but everywhere I read everyone is being told to get the X360 USBPro if they don't have a SATA connection. I don't have a SATA connection on my PC and I doubt I could install one (It's fairly old, hardware-wise). I'm really only going to be using this once, to extract a friend's DVD key from a broken drive and then write OFW with his key to a replacement (Not flashing it). Will this suffice or do I need to spring for the USBPro? The CK3 is literally a third of the price of the USBPro, and I don't want to shell out that much cash for one repair. I'm sorry for the noobish question, this is only the second Xbox 360 repair I've ever done and the first was a simple one... So can I use this to connect via USB or am I just screwed? I also read somewhere that aSATA to USB cable works with a Hitachi drive only? Is this true? If so I could use that, right? Again, apologies for the noob question....
