So, I was to fix a friends XBOX for him. He have had it flashed without problem before but last time a dude helped him he couldn't play anything at all. It said Play DVD when games was inserted.
The stuff I've used for flashing is:

CK3 Probe 2 (PMT mod)

JungleFlasher 0.1.92 Beta (304)
The weird thing I first noticed was that the box had dashboard 2.0.13599 and when I probed the key from it, JungleFlasher said it was of revision 74850C. It should have been updated to 02510C?
Before flashing I tried to update the dashboard but it didn't work. Got some large error code, and after googling I was informed that I should flash stock firmware first.
So, firstly I tried to flash "orig-74850C-1a000.bin" (since it still was 75850C) but still couldn't play any games and couldn't update.
Thne I tried to flash "orig-02510C-1c000.bin", and after that I could update the dashboard to the latest! But couldn't play any games at all. After that I've been trying to flash back and forth from that original to "LTPlus-0251-v3.0.bin" without any luck.
At the moment it says "Play game" when a game is put in to the player, but when trying to start the DVD spins up for a couple of seconds and then kicks me back to the dashboard. This happens with all games. DVDs plays with no problem at all!
