Can KV's only be changed on consoles with exploitable dash?

Hi guys

I know that we need to have exploitable dashboard consoles to be able to jtag. Does the same apply to changing the KV of a console?

I have a mate with a banned console on 2.0.12416.0 dash (not exploitable), who has another console which is unbanned and wanted to swap KV's.

I assume this is a no go?

swapping kv's can only be done on jtagged consoles

You need both cpu keys, they can be obtained only by running xell, which requires an exploitable console. one to decrypt the key from original nand the other the encrypt it to the consoles cpu.
