Can NAND-X be used to JTAG router?

H guys, I realise this maybe a strange question but I need to flash a router which is done through JTAG, can I use my NAND-X to do this ? The pinouts are gnd, td0, td1, tms, tck and rst

maybe? I dont think that j-runner will support it, but nand pro might.
