Can not boot into sx os

Hi, I'm new here. First things first, I need to get a sx os license code, but I couldn't find a reseller that worked for me. All credit card payments were rejected, some resellers said they were out of stock, I tried discord selly links... honestly I'm little out of ideas.

Still to my understanding I should be able to boot into sx os without a license.dat, problem is, I'm already failing at that.

Obviously I used the 2.9.3 beta since I have 9.10. So I formatted my 64 GB micro sd with exfat and copied the boot.dat on it. Then went to RCM with a paperclip, used tegrarcmgui to inject the SX LOADER 1.0 payload.bin and successfully booted into the boot screen.

1st Problem:
When trying to create the emunand as hidden partition I got the error:
"emuNAND creation failed: not enough space" same as this post from Dec 30, 2018. Are you going to fix this ?

So I tried with exfat and created emunand as files.

2nd Problem:
Now when I try to boot in CFW at the main screen, I get a black screen, followed by Nintendo Switch logo and booting into OFW.
I tried 3 times, with different sd cards.

So my question, do I need a license.dat to actually boot into sx os ?
What else could be the problem ?

You do not need a license to boot sxos, but you need a license to use emunand

When you say it boots into OFW, what happens if you click on Album ?

Are you suggesting that I might already be in CFW but I didn't notice because it looks the same and I didn't press the Album yet ? I will try when I'm at home, still at work.

Would it be normal that I see the Switch logo at boot ? Isn't there some kind of branding ?

Yes, CFW and OFW looks the same besides when going into Album folder

Ok, I'm at home now and, yes, everything works.

Sorry again for for this might be offtopic. I'm having a really hard time getting a license code.

I tried:

free-switch
nx-card
eleworld

all failed credit card payments and none of them replied to my mail stating order number asking for paypal address.

EDIT: Feels really dodgy to put my credit card number all over the net.

Reformat your SD card to FAT32 and you should be able to boot SXOS. SXOS doesn't like exFAT for some reason. I had the same problem until I reformatted it to FAT32. Now everything works.
