If you are able to, try your NANDx in a different box. That will rule out the nandX as causing this problem or not. If XELL boots from the eject button, use rawflash to write back the modified NAND

xell wont boot no more its a e79 instead and its not the nand x bc i just returned it and a brand new one came in the mail so is my nand shot or what could be the issue

two things it might be my eyesight but the switch on jtag looks like its in the off position. secondly if it is a jtag i had same problems on one unit the two wires from jtag board to the other qsb was giving me e79 so i used some electrical tape and taped them on top of the hard drive caddy top of hard drive it might be the cap affecting the connection try this since I did it not one e79 error and 30 boots to date

can you explain more about taping to the hard drive caddy bc that is about the only thing i havent checked is trying to remove the jtag qsb bc i figured it would not affect the nand x from reading the nand ... so if this is true that a bad solder on the jtag qsbs would block the nandx from reading the nand then i will try that just need more info on what to do first thanks
