Can RGH remove the need for dash updates ?

Most dash updates are only needed for live use. There are some updates obligatory for games. The most prevalent was probably the kinect update. So some types of updates will be needed whether you have RGH or not.
The minor updates can be avoided and dashlaunch will patch them out of your games automatically. However you can probably only avoid the updates for a certain time. Pretty certain you will have to update in the future when newer games use an update that is more major and game based rather than live or app based.
Jrunner makes updates simple anyway so nothing to worry about in the long run
