Can some one help me plz!NEED HELP Experts!

Ok I made every thing the bios disk and when I turn on my xbox it says ((read only file???manf=0x09,dev 0x00))(first blue screen)
((Boot:start usb unit))(First blue screen)
People say that the read only file should not come up but I think because of this I can not scroll up and down with my controller and I canot load my bios disk.I have no idea what this is all about.


(Ill put this stuff here because you might need it.)This stuff comes up when I turn on my x box.
Video encoder detected Xcalibur(first blue screen)
HDD:WDC WD80EB 28CGH2 24.84G24 8.4GB(secound blue screen)
DVD:SAMSUNG DVD-ROM SDG-605F(secound blue screen)

--First blue screen=Right when I turn on my xbox.
--Secound blue screen=When the first screen is done loading switches to secound blue screen with the options that you can pick the options it gives you.

are u trying to flash ur flashscreen with a bios with a cd?

if u are make sure ur using a cd-rw,dvd-r,dvd-rw cd-r usally dont work then make sure u have ur settings right on nero to burn the iso. also if this was wat u were talking about dont use memorex cds they suck, my box wouldnt read them but imation worked perfectly for me

I got it to say xecuter 3 insted on read only??? But I still use my controler to select load bios from disk how do you enable the controler?
