Can somebody please help me

If have bin searchingfor this problem with the search button but i dindn't find it. Every time i try ro connect t live my xbox gives the message's: IP NOT CONFIRMED for like 3 hours. Some thing like The network Gateway could not be reached. But my brother doesn't have this problem. Does someone know something about this stuff

PS. All the cables are places ad the same place as always.

Do you have "XBL Login Disable" Disabled? Also, there was a place where you set the IPs for XBL, but I forget where I saw them..

I Realy don't know but every time i turn my CHIP ON i remove the internet cable

that option is found in the X3CL screen, go to XE Config Live, Customize X3 Bios, then it is 4th from the top.

well.. if you have the disabling of XBL login enabled, then XBL is... disabled.. so change it to "disabled" and try it out.

Hey,
Boot to the M$ dash with the chip disabled.
Go to the xbox live tab and select the network troubleshooting or whatever similar option is there.
If it can't configure xbox live for you them Call Microsoft for support. You can get the phone number off the website or from the starter package you bought.
