can someone help, bios question

I had a problem getting to the flash bios screen at first, green and red lights, 3 restarts, etc. Then I finally got it to the flash bios 3.0.1 screen, (in which I had to have both controllers plugged in to even be able to navigate the menu, and by the way it was the mad cat cheapo controller that allowed me to do so!) Anyways, I successfully flashed the bios ro 4973 (I believe that was the version of the bios) on flashbios on a version 1.6 xbox xecuter 2.6, then the system shutdown. Now when I power up it restarts 3 times, with no video. I have 2 questions: Is this bios compatable with this version of xbox? Is the flashing and restarting due to the flashing or is it a loose solder joint perhaps? I attempted to access the other bank but I got the same frag errors. actually the bios I used was either 4976 or 4983, I want to say 4983, but I will have to check when I get home.

4973 is an old bios that is not compatible with 1.6 boxes
4983 is also not compatible with 1.6 boxes

you need to get X2 5032 bios which has a v16plus version that is for 1.6 boxes

since both banks are not functioning you need either to get a hold of a programmer to flash the right bios to your chip or to do a hotswap with another box and chip
