Can sx os 2.8beta does a real shutdown when perform a shutdown from the reboot menu with autorcm installed?

As we know, atmosphère can does a real shutdown since version 0.8.4, can sx os do it now?

I had a test on sx os 2.8beta with autorcm installed yestoday, and i found the switch wont's really shutdown, it also won't reboot to rcm mode.
I should press the power button, and then it will boot into rcm mode.

Soemthing does not sounds correct here. The console won't shut down fully from the Shutdown Menu, but it also does not boot to RCM even though autoRCM is on?

Yes,after the screen is black,i plus the dongle,the payload can't be injected unless i press the power button.

Well if autoRCM is on and you click shutdown, you still need to press the power button to "turn the switch on" to put it back in RCM mode or even plug the charger in. I would suggest reading up a little more on what autoRCM does and how the Switch acts when it is turned on.

I means If i click shutdown in OFW, the switch won't shutdown fully, it still drain the battery even it was not in RCM mode.So i post the thread.
But now i find a solution to shutdown the switch fully.Once i click shutdown, i plus the dongle after 15s, then the switch will fully shutdown.

After installing firm 2.8 i have mybe the same problem.
After shut down, in auto-rcm mode, the switch wont load to recovery mode.
My steps:

1. shut down
2. doungle
3. power & +

I can see the payload and the sx os logo, and that is that.

I can only return to my cfw.
I could not understand the offered solution.

boot manu loaded after pressing: power&v+&v-
thanks anyway.

But when you do this(fully shutdown your switch putting dongle), you need to turn it on using JIG everytime ??

ok, update -

If you want really shutdown,you should follow the step:
1.shutdown in system menu
2.wait for about 15s
3.insert the dongle
4.the dongle's led will flash and the ns screen is still black
5.done.

If you want to boot to sx os after really shutdown:
1.just press power to boot to rcm mode
2.press the vol + and hold on
3.insert the dongle and keep vol+ pressed
4.done.

only need the dongle,no jig needed.
