Can`t boot into xell

Hi

I have got a falcon motherboard that is open to jtag
Its got the 7371 dash and 5761 CB

I bought the nand x and have soldered the wires and done 3 dumps of the nand and they all match with no bad blocks

so i soldered the jtag wires in place following modmonsters tut
then used jtag tool to write xell to the nand
i am using the av connection instead of the hdmi
and i selected aud clamp only as the SMC option as all the solder points are on the top of the motherboard

but when i reconnect everything and turn on the xbox all i get is e79 error i have tried both configurations on the jtag qsb and switched the jumper to match

I have reslodered every connection and tried again and still the same.

So i turned off the jtag and put my original nand dump back on and it boots fine but when i reflash xell it wont load.


any ideas ?

E74 is usually hardware related, a reflow should fix that issue. With regards to your wiring, select standard if your wiring is installed on top of the motherboard.

I have tried setting smc to standard to start with and then switched to aud clamp only when i didnt work.

Guess i will try everything from scratch again tomorrow hopefully by process of elimination i get it working or find out the exact problem area

I should be getting a multi meter delivered today so I can check each connection

but i will root out my cable so i can upload some pic from my phone
