can,t boot to mtkflash using usb stick!!!!

Hi all I,m trying to flash a ms25 drive got it all ready to go created the files on my usb stick via extremebootmaker but when I try to boot to it i keep getting an error saying boot error press enter to try again but still no good, I have done a ms28 and another ms 25 but used a pals usb stick for them, I just got a 1 gig stick for myself but am having this problem booting to it???

Anyone what I am doing wrong!!

some usb flash drives cant be used as a boot device.i would try a different one

this is the 2nd one I have tried mate still ng
