I wouldn't pay any more than £35 for a broken trinity. If the person selling it can't fix it they won't be able to sell it broken to a pawnbrokers and now the xbone is selling 2nd hand for around £250 to 280 xbox 360s are becoming cheaper than ever especially when bought as not working its only morons on eBay that think they're still worth more.
You would still need the CPU key in order to build a new image, so either way you'll need to RGH it to the point of booting xell (which is 95% of the work).
