X360USB PRO Can we flash the slim liteon drives

Hi.

I want to know if we can flash the slim liteon drives without make a hole or cut traces just with x360usb pro?

Like that video do with only one pci via6421 sata card and one usb to sata adapter:

that can flash slim liteon drives Without do any holes or cut any traces at slim liteon drives.

Is there any chance to add this feature with newest firmware of x360usb pro?

not without a tx pcb replacement and the liteon 1175 is still in progress so if you have one of them drives it is not possible as yet

But at the video DOESN'T has the tx pcb board and flash the slim liteon drive without any cut traces or holes but simply with the change of via6421 and usb2sata adapter so my question is doesn't add that feature to the x360usb pro product with a firmware update?

my guess would be no, and how do you possibly no that he has not a tx pcb or the kamikazi hack done it shows nothing apart from using dummy bin as source and flashing latest lt+

That video is only showing you that it is possible to flash a slim drive without using a usb pro. To be honest i couldnt be bothered to mess on like that when there is better methods already known. usb pro ftw

I'm sure if it could be done the folks at TX wouldn't be running around for months on end looking for a more dificult and complex way to do things. Do some reading mate it works wonders the JF tut included with the software or the guides on here will answer your question many times over.

had to of been a 9504 board that had never been locked yet,and he coulda flashed another fw to it to make it look like another drive.

I hope the genius of xecuter team to find a sloderess way to can flash the slim liteon drives without needing to make holes or cut traces.

A way like we do now the dumping of phat xbox360 drives with probe3.

Just we must wait and see at the future...

Yes if we must buy to every slim liteon drive the unlock pcb board then we don't do anything at all...

and why not? that tx unlock board is a great product.makes life alot easier for noobs,but if you want cheaper solution,i have unlocked mxic boards here for 45 shipped in usa,already have sputnic probe switch soldered on for lock/unlock.
the sputnik boards i used on the pcb is for use with sput probe or you can ground 10ohm resistor to board and use that as probe.

yes you are 100% spot on,these drives all have to be unlocked after 13599 dash.9504 wasnt locked from factory but after 13599 dash it locks the spi.so even it would have to be unlocked now,and thats the only board that ever came unlocked.
