can you play LEGIT 360 games on live after flashing xbox?

I have a couple questions about what you can do after your xbox is flashed with modded firmware.

1.) Can you use xbox live at all if your not playing a copied game? Like will legit games or just no game at all risk being banned?

and 2.) Can you put your gamertag on a memory card and use it on a legit xbox without complications? Answers to these questions would be greatly appreciated.

Gamertags dont get banned, consoles do. And playing on live with original games should produce no problems. Its when people make or obtain game images that are ripped incorrectly is when a ban will most likley occur.

there are alot of diffrent appins some people say yes you can still get banned iven if ou have never played a copied game on your flashed drive.

Yeah a lot of claims that even legit games played on modded consoles can still get you banned. How much truth there is in the claims though is questionable. There is always a risk when you flash.
