Can you remove an account generated by KefirUpdater on banned Switch

I wanted to initialize my Switch to factory settings due to several problems recently. I do not use emunand just normal CFW. My console is banned so I set up an account using KefirUpdater to allow me to play some games that required an account. I booted to OFW to do the initialize but a problem now arises that in order to do a factory reset you have to logon to Ninty to unlink the account. Does anyone have any ideas?

Never used it myself, but have you tried the actual recovery menu and reinitialize the console? The wipe in the settings menu isn't really a full wipe.

Only way to do it without connecting is in Horizon’s maintenance mode. When you see the Nintendo logo, hold Vol + and -.

Thank you very much for help, in the end I gave up and restored my sysnand which cleared it.
