Can you RGH a Jasper with the 16547 dashboard?

I found a Jasper with the 16547 dashboard and was curious if I could RGH the console? I seen that R-JTAG was specified as the recommended dashboard although that exploit is discontinued and I have a Coolrunner on hand with me.
