I'm posting on behalf of my friend, we believe something's wrong with his Xbox 360, I'm not 100% sure if he's banned, but his profile keeps corrupting whenever he uses it on his 360 with the HDD inserted and then uses it on another 360.

I'm having him bring it around so I can do some checks, to see if it'll go online, if there's a specific game that's making it corrupt.. but in the event it is banned, or flagged.. not sure if flagging does damage, is this fixable?

He regretted not making it a JTAG, and now the Glitch Reset hack is out, once a rebooter is made he'd like to do that to his box, with that in mind and given he'd be able to run unsigned code, will he be able to fix whatever microsoft has done to his console?

If it's relevant, he's got a 360 Phat, BenQ Drive with LT 1.1 I believe, and I think it's a Zephyr board, tho I will be checking all these details this week sometime, just wanted to see if this kind of thing is possible before I get our hopes up.

If you move a HDD from banned console to a not banned one, it will corrupt the profile......the easiest way around it is to delete the profile, but not the saves, and recover it......then all will be well again....note that if u plug it back into a banned console, it will corrupt the profile if u move it again...

We don't mind about the profile so much, I have an online 360 that we can use to recover it, and he's not too fussed about achievements, just the bother of having to recover each time he comes around.

I'm not too keen on uncrippling with hardware.. I did find this on the website.

If I understand that, will this fix the flag/ban crippling? As I said, we'll be turning it into a Glitch Reset box, which is just a Jtag with a different method anyway.
