cannot detect flash controller

hi guys, its been a long rd lol but finally found out my cb version is 1903 and exploitable, went to install xell then it said cannot detect flash controller, now bear in mind nothing has been moved. i tried to read nand again and says the same. just wondering if shortening the pins on nand would rectify this, also the keyboard keeps knocking off for some reason and not sure if this is causing problems

mm, shorting the nand, or giving it a 5v supply, there is a guide on here somewhere. i would try to 5v supply first though, and just double check your wires to be sure..

not really sure what your talking about but when i did mine and went to boot xell i had cannot detect flash controller now i had the j tag prtion installed aswell and found that switching fro 0 ohm to 330 fixed the issue

so take the switching diodes out and jumper wire out and put the 3 330 ohm resistors in, just find it strange it read ok then wont even read now even tho i didnt move a thing, thanks for your replys tho guys i would be lost without these forums lol

like i said not to sure what you were talkin about.

i used xecuter qsbs on a xenon and was running into the couldnt dectect fash controller issue when i tried to boot xell.
i tried everything checked my solder points i even got to the point where i started to remove one of the qsbs then rember the ohm thing that i rembered reading from some where
switched from 0 to 330 and it worked not sayin it will work for you but might be worth a try
