cannot flash bios! help!

I tried to flash my bios with the xecuter 3 modchip installed. It came up to the flashbios screen and everything was working fine. I clicked on the enable network flashing and then it gave me the ip-192.168.0.6

I went to internet explorer and typed in the ip and it connected. I loaded the bios and then it had the yellow and green bars come up and then the xbox shut off like its suppose to. When i turned the xbox back on it came back up to the flashbios screen again.
On the external switch i had it -- on on off off off, like one of the tutorials i read said to do.
And after i thought i flashed it, the modchip wont turn off.... hope this isnt a dead chip now!

So if anyone knows wut the problem is plz help!!

It looks like it flashed okay. Are you sure your not flashing your bios with flashbios again?
The X3 bios should be 1MB.

If a chip is dead you would not get flashbios at all.

It really does sound like he's flashed FlashBIOS back to his chip!

Ok guys i found out what the problem was... i was flashing the bios that was already on the modchip like you guys said.... but thanks anyways!

and how do you download files from xbins?!
