LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM Cannot read backups after 1.91 flash

Hi,

I have a Liteon DG-164S drive (9504 on drive but its a 0272). I updated my drive with version 1.92 (although it says 1.91 on JungleFlasher). After update, my drive is able to read the original but cannot read the backups. When putting the DVD into the drive, the dashboard says 'Play game' but once I click Play, I get a black screen and then a 'Disc unreadable error'. My spiderman backup starts but then hangs when the first screen shows up (some logos). THe games I have tried are COD MW2, COD BO, and SPiderman.

I tried reburning the game after running it through agx360 and still did not work. Burned it with imgburn at 2.4x.

I have already updated to the latest. However, I put my drive back to stock and plugged in my cable. No updates found.

Everything is in the green with ABGX360.

In JF, should the Firmware type show 'LT-Plus 1.91' or 'LT-Plus 1.92'? Mine shows LT-Plus 1.91. Also, am I using the right files?

It should be fine, just hasn't had it's name changed. I would verify it by checking the MD5 and making sure it matches with the one in Firmware MD5.txt (or whatever it's called).

What do you mean if your loading 1.92 in the Target it will say 1.92 not 1.91 go to DVDkey 32 / & Slimkey your drive it will dump it then look in the Source what does it say. ?
It will auto load when you dump the drive click yes and 1.92 should load in the Target if not you don't have it in the firmware folder in JF.

I just opened a 1.92 firmware in JungleFlasher and it does indeed display as LT Plus 1.92. I suggest you check your firmware files assasindo or re-download the firmware pack.

I havnt sorted it out yet... took a break coz I was pulling all my hair out. Ill google '#Jungleflasher' and try to find the CFW pack. Ill keep everyone posted.

Got the firmware pack from xb**s. Will try it out later on.

Tried the new firmware, same problem. This drive was stock and I flashed it. Definetly looks like its flashed correctly because the spiderman backup starts but freezes pretty much right away at the initial screen (same as with the other firmware).

Any other ideas?

I realized that earlier. SHould have posted an update. I now see the v1.92 in jungleflasher 1.87. Giving you a Thanks for catching my earlier mistake!

I bought a multimeter and measured both pots. Seems like my numbers dont look right. Attached is a picture of the pots. The left one measures at 1.46 and the right measures at 2.53. Please let me know the next steps...
