cannot seem to ftp with xecuter3 and new bios

everywhere i look all the tutorials are for ftp'ing with evox. it seems that i don't need evox to ftp with this new bios. i want to load xbmc. any suggestions.

X3 Config Live has ftp capability... just start into the Config Live... hold the white button just after turning on the XBOX....
It should stat you IP on startup
the username is x3
the password is x3

then you should be able to ftp your heart out

Need help guys! Flashing Lite-on 93450, Jungleflasher error!

Hey Guys!

I've tried to firmware update my Lite-on 93450 drive today. But when i need to make the dummy file, it says "WARNING SERIAL DATA IS BAD" and then it won't go further in the process. I have done the "Half tray open" technic, but it's like it can't see that i have done it. Any expert in this could give me some help here? ;D

haha, have you considered reading the jungleflasher tutorial?

yeah, you need to solder to mod 93450 drives

there is no getting the key via extractor

if you have the probe V2, yes

but you will NOT be using the DVDkey32 button at all (that is ONLY for lite-on 7xxx drives)

you will flashing all from the MTK32 tab with 9xxx drives

Okay ty for the info. Could u write a small guide for me and then pm me it? It's just if u have time for it, u dont need to get pictures, just how to update a 93450 drive. ;D

the one i pointed out doesn't require soldering at all
