Cannot select options in flashbios 3.0.1

I have a new Xecuter 3 install. Seems to work fine on my 1.6 xbox. The problem is that I cannot get the standard MS controller to select any options on the flash bios screen. The controller works fine with the Xecuter disabled. No memory cards, only one controller. I would love to be able to select enable network flashing but I cannot seem to select it or move the selection option to anything else. Any ideas?

yeah that is a problem with the flashbios just have to wait for updates *mumbles* stupid 1.6 xboxes

Ok this may be a stupid question but......here goes...........How do I get a BIOS on the Xecuter3 if flashbios 3.0.1 does not work? I cannot seem to get anywhere with this.

just got it fixed. I bought an old type MS controller. Worked first try. I guess the "s" type have a problem sometimes

Liteon erase (powered by xbox) how ? please help

Hi, guys my liteon is already flashed with ix1.6 i dumped the key twice using the xbox to power the drive, after that i went to erase the drive this is were the things started to going wrong i pressed liteon erase on jungleflasher but didn't power cycle the drive so the erase went bad now i'm trying to find a way to properly erase the drive. I used dosflash32 to do the job but when i press the erase is hard to unplug the power cable and put it back within 1 min is ther something else i can do ? I don't really have the money right now to buy a connectivity kit
any thoughts are welcome

pull the plug out of the back of the dvd drive and quickly replace it while leaving the xbox powered on

this should take you five seconds tops
