LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM cannot write 0401 drive

have a 0401 drive winbond did kamikaze knife success jungle flasher 1.87 heard beep sound , using on board chip set, status changed , stopped turning xacto knife closed jungle flasher reopened write stuck on 0. also jungle flasher 1.86, also have hard time getting it to unlock everytime I try to write. used alcohol no luck,
drive its fine still ejects reads games and ejects fine in xbox any suggestions.

I know you may not want to hear this...but its your on board chip set failing you.

Buy a x360usb pro, and it will write just fine.

what happens to drive when you go to deep or in the wrong place? forgot to mention I got it to beep twice , sticked back knife in same spot and starting spining with not much pressure, also how do you run dos flash 16? tried dos 32 no luck said drive was unlocked but tried to write but failed
