Hi there,

I need some help again. :-(
I have a corona v3 and i did a quick install today, but i cant get Xell to boot.
Dashboard version is: D:2.0.16197.0 - K:2.0.16197.0 (BK:2.0.1888.0)

Hardware:
- Xecuter Coolrunner Corona Upgrade QSB v3
- Xecuter Postfix Adapter
- Xecuter Slim Proto

I can read/write the nand without any errors
i created the ecc file and wrote it to the nand and tried to boot it.

When i hit the powerbutton or the eject the fan does start and the centre light turns green.
The led1 on the Slim Proto is always red.

The xbox is not showing up in the router either.
What can i do?
I attached some pictures. I can make more if you want.

Update:

I checked al my soldering and forget to solder one pad on the botton qsb... (Thx Youtube)
How the led2 on the Slim Pro starts to blink green every two seconds or so.
I've put DIP 3 and 8 on...
I didn't trim the wires yet.

Still no xell :-(

Is the Slim pro glitching? Do i have to trim down the wiring?
To test I wrote back the orgininal Nand and it boots up just fine.

Steps in J-runner:
Read Nand, CReate ECC, Write ECC

Did you bridge the R2C6 and R2C7 pads?

I can't see if they are bridged in your image.

Did you try dip switch 3 ON (dip switch 8 needs to be left on at all times on Corona boards)?

There is already a tutorial/install instruction with some good setup examples, there is also a complete thread with successfull setups that you could have looked at and found out that you should have cut your cpu_rst wire to increase your chances.

Not for nothing, but the CPU_RST wire that comes with the Proto V2 kit is super long if you don't cut it!! no wonder it wasn't glitching
