cant boot unmoddified

ok heres the deal recently got a premodded xbox 1.6 with xecuter 3 fitted in. I try to power up the xbox in unmodded mode (hold power longer than one second) but nothing happens it just loads up with the blue led. Also when i try botting in backup bios mode with the eject and power button again the led does not go purple. I can disable the mod by going to x3liv and disabling it from there but its annoying when i know it should be able to be disabled by holding the power for longer than a sec.

it sounds like the pwr\reset pcb is a little screwy.

you can try and fix it yourself, but just send it back and have the installer fix it.

Reflowing another GPU

Hi,

I 'm wondering if its ok to reball and reflow a GPU from a banned console into a console that is not banned?

And if anyone knows, any further information on what chips can be swaped out.

Yes, that's okay - but the GPUs must be from the same type of console. For example, you cannot take a GPU from a Falcon mobo (which has a 90nm GPU) and use it with a Jasper mobo (which is designed for the 65nm GPU).
