RGH Can't create ECC Glitch File from Nand

OK so i have done like 2 phat consoles none a falcon so first falcon now i extracted the nand with the same command as the trinity MOBO cause falcons are 16MB nands they all match in nand healer no bad blocks get the 03ff etc etc........so on to multibuilder i go to create an ecc glitch an this is what i get

an no ECC i tried best pigs fails tried jtag tool fails an idea did i use the wrong command or am i just retarded............:facepalm: Plus i get a not compatible error when trying to open the nand in flash360 Tool v.97:facepalm:

Does the Falcon boot ok?

If so, upload the NAND dump and PM me the link.

You also suck at reading the rules - don't bump your thread. You only posted it 35 mins ago FFS.

yes i just booted it an it loaded but freezes after a couple of sec:confused:i have no clue on wat he did be4 i got it he said it was booting fine

Are you booting it with the Coolrunner in place? If so, switch it to PRG to disable it. Does it still freeze? Was it freezing before?

No the coolrunner is out can't program it an idk if it was freezing be4 he said it was booting fine but he could be lying don't know.....Can you give me some insight on whats wrong with the nand that i couldn't see an i have never had a E73 or 79 error but if there is one would it show up an cause the nand to not create a ECC file????

The problem is the NAND you uploaded is not the same as what's on your console. I am 100% sure of this as I opened it in a hex editor.

I haven't a clue what you're doing (and TBH, you don't either).

This is the problem with idiot guides - you still need to understand the process.

What you uploaded was a copy of your NAND with the ECC file written to it.

I suggest you dump the working NAND off your console as soon as possible and keep it safe. If you can't dump it, send it to someone to fix or throw it away.

Ok thanks a lot he didn't tell me he flashed a ecc file to it already now i understand why it is not booting like it should i have never had this problem sorry bout this bro an thank you a lot appreciate it a lot how can i get the nand from the console cause when i use command nandpro usb: -r16 nand1.bin i get the nand i sent you so is there anything else i can do like another command that Dose not read the ECC in it or is he in other words Fu**ed

Yea bro no wonder he never told me he got that far an then wanted to know why he could not create a Glitch kernal because he never got his cpu key lol what a fail of te day bro well i guess this has been cleared up first he fryed his coolrunner ten makes me feel dumb by not telling me he already wrote the ECC glitch file to the nand wow i feel dumb thanks c martin for clearing this up an if you feel i wasted your time i am truly sorry bro:frown::frown::frown::facepalm::frown::frown:

It's not all lost - as long the console you have boots SOMETHING, it means the NAND on there is ok. dump this first and use this in xNANDhealer / 360 Flash Dump Tool etc.

The same command you use to dump any 16MB NAND.

nandpro usb: -r16 nanddump.bin

Seriously, this is 101 stuff which can be found by reading almost any noob guide!

You don't need your original NAND or anything else specific to your conosole to get it to boot. The ecc file from any other falcon (presumably yours is CB 5771) will boot to give you your CPU key as long as you've wired up the coolrunner properly.
