Problem re flashing drive after latest xbox patch.
I downloaded the latest xbox update of the website and installed via usb. I didn't flash my drive back to stock before applying the update as i had read this wasn't a problem and just needed to reflash my drive again.
The Xbox patch updated fine and currently plays original disks but as expected none of my backup disks work.
However i am now unable to get jungleflasher or dosflash to even detect my drive let alone flash it. I can see the drive in the bios but thats it.
I have searched the forums but cant find any help on this. I've tried powering on the xbox before and after boot, with the tray both in and half out. Power cycling the drive after clicking Intro/Device all of which return nothing so i'm at a loss as to what i can do next?
Extra Info
Xbox - Fat
Drive: BENQ - VAD6038
FW: LT1.6 (before the update)
I have the original FW and key and ck3 pro kit. Also this pc has flashed about 10 different drives including the 6038 model without any difficulties in the past so it is unlikely to be a hardware issue.
Please help me thanks
