can't eject disk after lcd installation

I just installed the x3 lcd like the site instruction tell me. Then I ran into a problem when I first powered it on with lcd installed the power button shorted out and the power would constatlly short on and off. I quckly figured out that there was some sheet metal from the frame shorting the solder points out by the power switch. then after moving them the power switch works fine but the eject button is all f**ked up. I can't eject dvd or cd out of my xbox w/o hitting the emergency eject pin hole. does anybody know which wires contribuilt to the decredation of this piece of hardware. Q_ball
