LITEON 0225 Cant Extract Key

Hello,

Im trying to flash my friends Xbox360, it was a stock 83850C and it was never flashed.

The dashbord was updated yesterday(so its a stock 02510C now) and im trying to extract the key with my probe and ck3 with this tutorial. Although when i try to extract the key in the first "Phat key" phase it simply doesnt return a key and Jungeflasher says "Phatkey failed".

My probe or ck3 pro isnt broken tried to do my own Liteon after this and it worked perfectly.

Any solutions for this?

if it is a mini probe you will need a switch across the 3.3v wire then probe mpx01

The "Re-Sending Vendor Intro" dots run out and i dont get a "status 0x52"

It will be your timing when it says to power cycle for 5 secs actually give it 5 secs and see if that works

Well then you aren't probing correctly
-Power off
-Probe
-Power on

Make sure your power cable is round the right way to0. End with probe cables goes to DVD drive (from memory with the TX Probe) this makes a difference won't work round the wrong way

if the probe is working and it's all hooked up right, I don't see the problem tbh......check that mpx01 is nice and clean, and double check that the connection is good once u release the button to power the probe after attaching to mpx01.

I did it a couple of times on other friends theyre xbox and it always succeeded. The mpx01 on this one seems a bit damaged tho. Is there some kind to technique to make the connection with the probe better?

you just want to make sure that the solder joint on mpx01 is nice and clean - try some IPA or switch cleaner on it to clean the point from any impurities, and make sure the probe is pushed on nice and tight on a cleans spot
