I had the problem that the folder that was in the Xexmenu rar file was CODE9999 and I also could not find it, when I copied it from my other xbox it was named C0DE9999 so I just renamed it and it worked for me

Make sure it's C0DE9999 with a (ZERO).

It's C0DE9999, (C-zero-D-E-nine-nine-nine-nine) not COD (C-O-D-9-9-9). You should write XeXMenu to a CD if you don't see it in Games/Demo.

LE: Wow. Until I press the post button someone else was quicker than me.

From here forward you should install Freestyle Dasboard and Dashlaunch. FSD is for ripping your own originals, or you can use Iso2God on the PC if you already have ripped your DVDs as iso, and it is aslo used for copying through network your GOD. Dashlaunch is used to launch at start automatically your chosen default.xex (XexMenu or FSD).

I prefer to use 360 Content Manager and FTP to the console using its IP on port 21 and xbox as username and password. But you can use FlashFXP or any FTP program

I prefer FSD for the samba share: you don't need a FTP client anymore - just acces your console with \\IP.
