Cant Flash on bank 5678 but I can on 1234 WTH?

I flashed my chip perfect on banks 1234 (default) I want to stick the lastest x3 bios on banks 5678 and all i get is a blue screen and the xbox ring is green then turns orange (stays orange), but the odd thing is that I can flash and reflash on bank 1234 and my xbox works perfect. Any ideas

what are your switch settings for bank 5678? They should be off on off off off

sounds like flashbios is on bank 5678... are you using stock a/v cable?

I'm on the stock a/v cable and I'm on the right switch setting, still no go. I don't get it
